F-4 @ NAS Oceana Memorial Airpark

the F-4 in the airpark is currently painted as F-4B 152249 / AB200 and 152249 / AG143.

152249 however, should be scrapped back in 1984.
another BuNo which is linked to this F-4 is F-4A 148261.

anybody can shine a light on the real identity of this F-4 ?

I have it in my dbase as 148261! Am curious too?
