For the occasion of 100 years Larisa airport, on 10 november at 14h, the F-16 will give a dynamic display. link
The good thing was that the big generals decided that all main plane types should be on each air bases. For example the Mirage's were located to Larissa too, and the A-7 from Araxos.
111th Combat Wing, Nea Anchialos AB - just static:
F-16C/D Block 30, F-16C/D Block 50, RF-4E Phantom II, Mirage 2000-5 Mk2. The Vlock 50 was open and there was chance to get in. 2 F-16 were in the hangar all armed, and more around them showing what weapons they can carry. RC helicopters and planes, many photos and children drawings, modells.
110th Combat Wing, Larissa AB - static and dynamic too.
F-16C/D Block 50, 3 - RF-4E Phantom II, Mirage 2000-5 Mk2, F-16C/D Block 52+, A-7E. One Phantom and one Falcon had aniversary sticker on it, another Phantom was open to get in. F-16 Demo team (1 Falcon) did a good dynamic show. 2 hangars open, no planes inside, drawings, patches you can buy, F-16 engines and weapons.
114th Combat Wing, Tanagra AB - just static
5 Mirage 2000 on display, one was open to get it, the rest armed. One F-4E PI2000 Phantom II came from Andravida, F-86, F-84, Two F-1CG one with the yellow Greek flag painting, C-47 in very bad condition, the RF-4E Phantom that had the 30 aniversary painting all canibalized no engines no cameras inside. One A-7 same condition and one F-104.
112th Combat Wing, Elefsis AB - just static
C-130H Hercules, Super Puma, Bombardier CL-215, AB 212 helicopter on static open for the public, Embraer ERJ-135ER, C-27J Spartan were there too but only from the outside. No Embraer E-145H Erieye for the public but theye were visible next to the next hangar. At least 3 P-3, 2 Mil-26 were also visible at the other end of the air base. I have seen several C-130 and C-27 too.
