Wow truly an amazing set.

The A-26's are the icing on the cake.

BTW Is that old man Joe in real life also such a grumpy guy as he is in the series or is it just an act?

We talked for about 15 minutes and he was really friendly.
He told me to just walk around and look at everything I wanted.
Even said to come by in Yellowknife.
Which might happen soon since my wife is a flight attendant for Canadian North and they fly to Yellowknife.

Wow Rob, I join the cheers. Some superb shots you got there, in those pristine winter conditions! :worship:
The posing with Joe is a nice addition.

Rob, nice report from Red Deer. Is the line up of Electras used as spare parts for the active Electras of Air Spray?
Followed the ferry flight of the ex Honduras AF Electra FAH55 but looks so different now.

Hi Ger,

what I understood is that some will be used for spareparts indeed.
But for example the ex Honduras one was supposed to be converted to waterbomber.

The A-26's will be leaving in the near future.
They are sold to a person in the southern part of Alberta.

Great series of fine pictures :!:

Red Deer is Electra heaven indeed; good to hear "old Joe" is a lot friendlier than in the series...

Thanks a lot for sharing...
