Andrews AFB: Just on 11175 kHz: "This is Andrews with a testcount 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5, 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1".

Heard on http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/

13.45 LT: some more testcounting going on right now. Couldn't understand the stations name :(
