As IL-76TD TN-AFS is a regular visitor to Chateauroux, and Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) is member of the African Union, it's quite possible.

According to the Belgian MOD the destination will be Bamako, Mali.

Ok thx for that info, now we know something . So I guess we don't have to expect it to be leaving tomorrow before noon even if it would arrive first in early morning.

So by this I may assume that the Congo Government IL76 didn't get the job eventually, but instead a 'new' Volga Dnepr IL76?
