Meeting with African country's 05-02-13 ?

Morning all,

Heard some rumours that there will be a meeting held in Brussel tommorow the 5e of February with members from the EU and some African country's.
Can anyone confirm this or has anyone information about this meeting.

Brussels. EU Foreign Ministers meet in the General Affairs Council.

5 February
Brussels. An international meeting to consider the next steps in supporting the government of Mali in its fight against Islamist rebels in the north. France has more than 2,500 troops and advisers in the country. More than 5,000 African troops are to be deployed.

I think the EU foreign ministers will remain overnight, so I expect some ministers will already arrive today, 4 February
