military helicopter crash in Yemen

a yemeni military helicopter crashed in a crowded neighborhood in central capital Sanaa today, leaving at least 9 people dead (pilot, and 8 on the ground). several injured.

Pilot seems to have ejected and survived, according to some media. Different crash altogether?
Rome has Bufalotta, Arizona has alotta BUFF..

On the Dutch newssites it is said that a SU-22 jet fighter crashed and that 6 people were killed on the ground. This occured during a training flight. The pilot ejected safely, according to the article.
