I read in the photo forum and at the german website Flugzeugforum that still Phantoms leave to Jever to get scrapped.
Does some one know how many active Phantoms are left at Wittmund?

Hi all!
Since 30 April is a Dutch holiday, I'm planning to go to Wittmuns. Does anyone know whether it will be a regular flying day since the next day is Labor Day/ 1 mei. Perhaps someone with past- experiences.
TIA!
Best regards,
Niels

April 18 morning (8.00-12.15)
F4F
38+53 (QRA)
38+64 (QRA)
37+92
38+37
38+48
A4M
N432FS
N434FS
EFA
30+66
30+83
C160D 51+15 (white) LTG61
The EFA 30+83 flew together with 30+66, wearing JG74 badges but was in the same shelter area of 30+66. Anyone may confirm it is the second one for JG71? thanks

30+83 is a FBW 31 aircraft inspite of the JG 74 badge. I guess it will soon revert to it's "normal" colours, having been loaned to Neuburg from Dec-Mar.

I forgot to mention that all the Eurofighters detached to Wittmund still belong to FBW 31 "Boelcke". JG-71 will be disbanded in a few weeks, but there will be a "Flying Group RICHTHOFEN" at Wittmund as part of TaktLwGeschw 31 "Boelcke" (I think from 1st July 2013).
That means 31 will be responsible for both Nörvenich and Wittmund.
