Dave,

We left at 03:00pm and when we returned to our nearby hotel around 04:30pm, we noticed the C-17 and VFA-106 hornets (with canopy open). Could be they were on base already in the morning, but than they were not on the same spot they are now. (So the flying is an assumption).

HI Melchior

where were U guys spotting?? I was on the circle on White settlement and Lockheed blvd. defeintly miss out on the Hornets and C17.... Only caught lots of C130, and Spads traffic.

DId you guys catch that C130 from Pittsburg with a nice nose art?? she came in at about 12to 1?

We were at Walmart from 11:00-13:30 and at Lockheed blvd from 13:40-15:10.
We saw the Pittsburg herc from Walmart (78-0809).

my 1st time on a Mon afternoon. great day , great sun but no good activities

5 SPads came out to play at 1300hrs

a few C12 did some take off

Belgian AF Da900 CD-01 should have stopped by here on June 4th, calling BAF606.

F35A tailcode 10-5014/EG was flying in the afternoon of tuesday 18 june. Which was the accompagning F16?

Log for today:
U-12V 94-00317 and 00318
KC130T 164999, 162309 and 165163
Hornets MA-01, 162428/MA-02 and 162452/MA-04
Plus eight Spads including wing commander.
No visitors unfortunately.

At LMTAS we saw in one hangar the F35A F-001 and another onknown with code 05. Anyone for that one serial?

Four were parked inside hangars including VK-05.

Missions:
85-1513/TX F-16D as bullet22
85-1457/RX F-16C as bullet21
162309, 162785 and 165000 came in in formation as Ranger41 flight.
F-5N 761541/03 and 761526/11 VMFT-401 had a mission as sniper2 flight with local hornets 162452/MA-04 and 162848/MA-07 as cowboy31 flight.

Spotting for 6/27/2013 it was a hot hot afternoon of 104 degree F. pretty steamy day to spot! but was fortunate to get to catch some F-35 and F16 actions

Local Spads
F-16C
85-479
85-458
85-459

Caught a SW tail code F-16D doing touch and go and return to Lockheed martin Hangers
91-463

2x F-35 caught outside hanger
VMFA -121 F-35B number 04 on tail
F-35A AF-14

Dutch F-002 F-35A came out with LMT F-16D chaser
out for about 1hr 15 min.. F-35A came back and do mutiple touch and go! what an awesome airshow.

Caught a biz jet typ N2033 took off! maybe an Agusta??

I will post pic in the military aviation section

Overall a great afternoon other than the heat wave

Hi Dave your bizjet is a BAE-125 it belongs to the US Marshalls Service,it is a JPATS transport,Justice Prisoner Alien Transporation Service aircraft.There is another just like it N2032.
