THIRD. You wont be seeying me here around anymore cause i really had it with scramble forum and their "we are number one" attitude (and im not the first user OR spottinggroup that says or have said that).. You guys keep forgetting one thing... We don't need you for the things you publish.. YOU need people like us for the info you can put tha online. Its simple... without US... this forum wouldn't excist.
I have never experienced something I could call a "we are number one attitude" at Scramble. And no, I am NOT involved, other than being a susbscriber for many years.
And regarding the second part of your remark: I think both need each other. The forum indeed needs input from people out there, but it exists because people out there need a source of information to find out where to go. So a win-win thing in general. That is, as long as people don't go fighting, insulting etcetera!

Just my opinion....
Cheers,

Coudn't resist Dennis ;-)
if the BAD don't want to make a full list known, than it is so.... They organise the event and so they have every right to withheld information. Lucerative rumours like that Slovakian Mig 29 is exactly why they don't publish their list yet..
True, but with social media, internet etc etc people behave different than previous years. You can stick to old habits / way of thinking or adapt your policy to the "new way of thinking of behaving". But that's up to BAD to decide. Other airshow organizers have already showed other (better?) ways of informing the public.
First. Such a list is subject to change on the last minute of the last day [sarcasm]cause you don't want angry spotters at the event if the info is wrong[/sarcasm]
I think every spotter is aware of this.
Second. The FB group i mentioned and created from dust is one of my little projects that i set up to inform everyone that needs information about the the days and that don't want to register to yet another forum (like this one)
Good initiative, but also for Facebook you have to register in order to react and in some cases see content, just like this forum (only to react).
THIRD. You wont be seeying me here around anymore cause i really had it with scramble forum and their "we are number one" attitude (and im not the first user OR spottinggroup that says or have said that).. You guys keep forgetting one thing... We don't need you for the things you publish..
Just like Patrick said we need each other. But to make things clear, is it Scramble as in the maintainer and moderator of this forum or the forum users? Because Scramble only maintains this forum and sets and monitor the rules. Just a few of the editorial team posts at this forum and shares his opinion. In my opinion it is a little bit unfair to say "i really had it with the Scramble forum", you d'better say "I really had it with the forum users at Scramble".

As Scramble we strive to have a forum on which each user can share his / her opinion in an appropriate way.
YOU need people like us for the info you can put tha online. Its simple... without US... this forum wouldn't excist.
And you need volunteers, like the moderator and IT team, to have a working and is easy to navigate forum (we hope ;-) So we both need each other and we have to make the best of it together!

Have you heard anything about Mig-29 from Slovakia or Su-22 from Poland?
