On Wed 22nd of May there will be an EU-summit due around noon.
Start of summit is at about 13hrs LT so expect arrivals of the largest wave of visitors somewhere between 11h30 and 12h30.
Some of course could be arriving hours earlier already.
Meeting concludes at 17hrs LT with a press conference. So probably as from about 17h45 the first planes might be leaving again.
No excact ID on the visitors that will be present but I believe we may expect the 'usual' ones.
