La Ferté-Alais airshow 18 May 2013

Post by Niek »

Last Saturday I went to the annual airshow at La Ferté-Alais, after the positive experience I had last year.
However, this year the conditions were slightly different. In the morning there was still a glimpse of sunshine, but around lunchtime (when the actual show started), the skies turned very grey and we had our fair share of rain as well.
Below are some impressions from this wet, cold, rainy day.

200-300mm is sufficient for shots on the runway.
Please note that the aircraft taxi right in front of you nose before take-off. For the 'groundwork' not many mm is needed at La Ferté !

Kind regards,

Laurent
