What's your source for the Typhoon and Gripen demonstrations? The link you provided as well as the official site only mention them as static participants. Until now, except for the Russians, the flying display schedule has only very few military highlights.

Most jets arriving for static duties can be pulled out to perform aerial demonstrations during the day.

During the last edition only the A380 was pulled from the static to the flightline. All others were parked on the former Military apron, north of Runway 03-21.

That's what happens during the public days. During trade days most if not all aircraft are towed from the static display to the ramp close to the static to prepare for their demo flights.

Su-35S Gets Ready for the Le Bourget Air Show in France
INFO SU-35: SU-35 is currently practicing for the show at the Zhukovsky airbase to Gromov. It will come as planned early next week (probably Monday) and will continue to train at Le Bourget the coming days. But it is not so sure that the aircraft make several drives where he will set the entire program at the show since it already has on this program in Russia. Drives at Le Bourget serve him more like making sure brands.
