Although technically they indeed all flew on Saturday, since the whole team left Volkel in the afternoon, I presume the question was actually about the demo. The two that did not participate in that were XX244 and XX323.

Slight correction: the D-KAIR is known as a Stemme S-15.
Skyline Aviation acknowledges this via it's callsign "lion15".
(By the way... the Albatros flying for Skyline is "lion39" and Learjet-36A N116MA is "lion16")
