A scanner in Italy

Hello,
I want to bring my scanner to Italy to do some spotting, is it legal in Italy to have scanner al a mil airfield?

Italie:
A portable scanner you may have in your possession. Moreover, it is only allowed to listen to Hams in the designated bands. There are only five amateur bands assigned, 2, 80, 60, 40 and 20 meters. Given these limitations, it's better not be too flashy to proceed. Also a matter of concern, it is absolutely not allowed to use a scanner with earphone.
