BA receives first A380

British Airways has received there first Airbus A380 thursday at London Heathrow airport. The arrival of the A380 was a month earlier preceded by the arrival of the first Boeing 787 Dreamliner. BA has twelve A380s from Airbus.
In addition to the twelve A380s, the British 42 Boeing 787s, six Boeing 777-300ERs and 18 Airbus A350's ordered.
The next twelve months will BA average every two weeks a new widebody aircraft in use. In total BA invests some five billion pounds in fleet renewal and improvement of the product board.
