...apparently carried two MiG-21's

Are they really being send there for repairs....or is Cuba trying to sell some old MiG's to friends?

it seems they are having a hard time recovering the weapons.
Panama authorities are having difficulties inspecting the remaining seized cargo on a North Korean-flagged ship after light rain caused sugar––which was concealing Cuban military equipment––to melt, causing thousands of bees to swarm the vessel.
