Found this area finally to be unscrambled at Google Earth;

39°27'36.08"N 76°11'5.31"W

Here you can find the area they store the aircraft which they keep for testing purposes. Next to some interesting A-7D's you can also see three MiG-21's, the hulls of two MiG-23's, a Kamov, a Mi-2 and two Mi-24's beside lots of AH-1's!!!
