Probably departing tomorrow, but tomorrow's NOTAM predicts only 1 hour at activity of Volkel at all:

AD OPR HR ARE CHANGED FROM 0600-1445 TO 0830-0930.

This means, open from 10.30 to 11.30 lt only.
