I read the third UH-1D as 72+84 but that is incorrect as this one is w/o for many years. My guess is that it should be 72+64.
can onyone confirm?

Does anybody have a photograph of the EF.2000 fuselage marked GS067 please ?

apart from the fact that it was marked GS0067 in stead of GS067, this is the one; looks like a second hand (used) airframe to me... info appreciated!
