Is it 100% confirmed that this will be the serial ?? and it not will be a civil registration as they carried before the turned military ??

It is Air Force owned since 04 sep13 and serial is comming from the flightplan. So serial is 12-9506 whatever is worn on the aircraft itself. Just recieved confirmation, serial worn is 29506 without buldges!!!
