Israeli President is to visit The Netherlands from 29 Sept -02 Oct.

I guess his aircraft will be parked just West of the A4 motorway...

Are Boeing 707s still used for Israeli state visits :?:

Almost all around the globe except here in Holland. Previous visit also was a LY B767 so expect an equal a/c this time. Despite that I'll keep my fingers crossed for a possible B707 8)

It'll be probably only B738 sorry... :( I know it's hard, B703 in flight is really great view. Last presidential visit here was connected with arrival of B738. Also B738 is planned to EHAM, but i hope it'll be changed.

If it's going to be a B738 is she in a special livery then or just the ordinary El Al colours ?

De president zal om 17:00 een kransje leggen bij de "Hollandsche Schouwburg". En als er een vliegtuig wordt gecharterd door de Israëlische overheid dan zal die gewoon in de kleuren van of, Arkia, Sun d'or, EL AL etc. zijn.

Sowieso niet Arkia. In de Sundor toestellen zit geen business class (189pax config). Het is dus sowieso een El Al toestel. Op dit moment staan zelfs alleen de gebruikelijke El Al 738 (vanaf morgen geen 767 meer op zondagochtend) en de Sundor 738.

Volgens dit vliegt hij wel eens met Arkia, maar het meest logisch is een EL AL of een privéjet.

A B767-300, just the normal schedule service,only parked at P10,opposite the motorway

De LY337 is veranderd in een 737-800 (4X-EKJ)

Het lijkt me eerder te gaan om de LY5425 eveneens een 737-800 (4X-EKM) aankomst 09.00C
