B-52 Pilots Participate in Rapid Launch Exercise - spelling

Minot Air Force Base is home to 26 B-52 bombers. And, as part of a week long activity, 17 aircrafts

I know it is probably the most made spelling mistake on spotting websites, but an American newspaper should know better (and I checked, it does indeed mention it like this on their site).

For those who don't see it: the plural of aircraft is aircraft. Aircrafts is wrong, it doesn't exist.

Nah, commentator refers to the man on the ground, Turkish Stars to the team. Agree there is (at least) one mistake in the sentence, will leave it for you to find if you can.

That said, you are right, nemesis often strikes fast in these cases.
