As Luftwaffe at IAD is as common as United, we don't consider them as foreign visitors Unless its a Luftwaffe GLEX
Your NAF47 was beautiful T-235 which was gone by today (October 19th)

Arrived on November 3rd from KEF and departed from IAD to GRK, Fort Hood TX on November 4th.
