REQ: Crown Helicopters Belgium

I was wondering if anyone can confirm the status of Crown Helicopters Bvba.

The Knokke Heliport is now operated by a company called Heligroup.

Hi,
Crown Helicopters was bought a couple of years ago by Heligroup in Antwerp. Heligroup was an AOC and FTO but they published a couple of days ago a statement in which they announced the closing of all their activities for April 2014.
The Knokke heliport is also operated by Heligroup but Knokke municipality just launched a new tender for the next 10 years concession.

Vraag: wat is de huidige stand van zaken mbt tot Heligroup??

De EC120 B OO-HPP staat nog altijd ingeschreven op naam van Heligroup?!

Op 24-03-2015 is Crown Helicopters bvba te Deurne (Antwerpen) door de rechtbank in Antwerpen failliet verklaard. Dit zou volgens faillissementsdossier.be gaan om een handelaar in auto's?! Dit faillisement werd afgesloten door vereffening op 24-10-2017.
Zowel Crown Helicopters bvba als Heligroup waren?? gevestigd aan Luchthavenlei 1, Deurne (Antwerpen)?!
