Russian Ministry of Defense will purchase simulators for Ka-52K helicopter valued at 592,5 million rubles
The Federal Agency for Weaponry, Military and Special Equipment and Material facilities Procurement (Rosoboronpostavka) posted a tender for delivery of two simulators for Ka-52K helicopter at the website dedicated to the government procurement. The value of these simulators is assessed at about 592,5 million rubles. The tender will expire on November 18th 2013.
It is said in the tender documentation that one of these simulators will be delivered to a military unit number 62250 located in Fokino (Primorski Krai). After that it will be installed in Nikolaevka settlement located in Partizanski District of Primorski Krai.
The second simulator will be delivered to a military unit number 49371 located in Krasnodar; after that it will be installed in Yeysk (Krasnodar Krai). The deliveries should be completed by November 25th 2014.
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Defense, the simulators should be fitted with advanced motion platform, flight data recorder RM-SOK and a system for simulating the tactical environment KMTO. The maximum cost of one simulator is 305,3 million rubles. Both simulators will be used on behalf of Russian navy.
