Is for NATO foreign ministers meeting at Brussels, meeting ends 4 Dec, exact time unknown but something in the agenda suggests that it will be around 14LT or in the not too late afternoon.

She departed for Hohn and showed a speed equivalent to the speed one would expect from a C160... No visual ID though!
