First of all, why didn't you take the 2014 issue?

The NOTAM is a bit misleading. If I read it correct then it means normal day ops next week as well as the week after until thursday 26 Feb 1200 Loc time. Thereafter the field will be closed for the carneval season until tuesday 4 March 1330 loc time.
