Are you sure it was going to IAD? I saw it on the trackers earlier that day and it was flying from Europe to RDU then to ADW.

It did fly from YUM to IAD on 1/11/14. Should depart back to Belgium on the 12th.

In the afternoon I went to IAD to catch BAF C-130. Another Luftwaffe A310 showed up and nice bonus Frys B727.
