Post by pilotman6012 »

Two Turkish F-16's were scrambled to intercept a Ukranian Airliner after the pilot hit the alert button, a passenger onboard said he had a detonator and was trying to force his way into cockpit and demanded he be taking to SOCHI where the Olympic games are being held. The pilot set the plane down at the nearest airport Istanbul escorted by the F-16's and was raided by Commandos on landing where the subject was taken into custody.

Good morning,
It was an airplane of Pegasus Airlines.
The aircraft was en route from Kharkov to Istanbul, and landed safely in Sabiha Gokcen, with 110 passengers on board.
Does anyone know the registration binnen?
