So far 23 Mi 28 NE has been delivered to Baghdad, in two batches, 10 in september 2013 and 13 in january 2014. Iraq is expected to deploy up to 40 Russian heavy attack choppers

Sorry, I do not see any evidence of these helicopters being Iraqi examples. Pictires obviously taken at Rostvertol company, so could also be Russian Mi-28N.

So far no pictures known of Iraqi pieces, so I don't belive 23 have been delivered. Lots of aircraft spotters live near Rostov factory...

so I don't belive 23 have been delivered.
Russian information agency ARMS-TASS says uptil now 13 Mi-28 have been delivered so far.
