Nevada West Jets looking for TriStars, MD-83s, 747s...

Post by Stratofreighter »

Nevadan start-up American West Jets eyes 747s, L1011s, MD83s

06MAR2014

Outlining its plans, the airline says it will commence domestic operations in May 2014 using an MD-83.

American West Jets will add four L-1011-500s to its fleet for use on routes to Central America.

In June, it will claims to be taking delivery of its first high-density B747-400 to operate flights to Pago Pago, American Samoa and Brisbane Int'l, Australia.

The Sands Corp Tristar is still @ DMK I think... Got flooded last year... It never flew again after... would be strange to see that frame get back in the air again.
