Your title is a bit weird in this context. Like this it seems like you are asking if the Netherlands are going to deploy F-16s in order to facilitate a possible Ukrainian civil war. Just reading the article makes it more than clear that is obviously not the intention. If F-16s will be deployed, the aircraft will be deployed to monitor the situation and defend (if needed) NATO airspace.

With RNAF they usually mean Norwegian Air Force. Netherlands Air Force is usually referred to as RNLAF
