May be off topic since USAF isn't a big part of the NATO Tiger Meet annual exercise, but I'll bet certain nations will notice the Meet will have a large international presence. Cheers, Don

Where do you get your information from or is it just guessing?

I'm the senior advisor to the NTA with 31 Meets behind me. Participants list hasn't changed much since it was published on Scramble. Had a couple of cancelations: 338 Sqn F-16s, the French Army Helos, I think that's it. Oh yeah, 11F was listed as flying Super Etendards; they've been on Rafale-M since a few years.
