Hi

as reported in local newsletter from Saarland and Rheinland-Pfalz,the 236thMedCo with its UH-60 medevac helicopters will move to Grafenwöhr during 2014.
Reported as one of the main reasons are protests by local citizens due to flying activities at night and the resulting noise.

Good day,

I've heard ( PAO ) that the move is allready ongoing, part of the unit has moved to Grafenwohr, with a part of the unit being deployed to Kuwait. Total transition to grafenwohr is to be completed end of summer 2015.
