BRU 3-4 June 2014 NATO defence meeting

Hello,

Tomorrow Tuesday 3th of June and Wednesday 4th of June there will be a NATO meeting of Defence ministers at Brussels.
Start seems to be foreseen at about 11-12hrs LT on the 3th
End seems to be foreseen around 13-14hrs LT on the 4th

Defense ministers of Ukraine and Georgia will take part in meeting.
NATO - Ukraine council will gather on the 3th at 15hrs - 17h35 LT
NATO - Georgia council will gather on the 4th

So let's be vigilant because who knows what might turn up, especially from the Ukrainian side ...
E-4B is already present for US Defence minister.

Any idea at what times the world leaders will depart wednessday? Will it be immidiately after the end of the meeting or will it be in the early evening/late afternoon?

Martijn, departures of Defence ministers is on Wednesday afternoon. Meeting should end about 13hrs up to 14hrs max.
Expect departures as from an hour after ending time.

Wed also Obama's Airforce One will arrive, when is still a question mark.
And Thursday Afternoon/evening Obama and all other G7 leaders wil leave again, some of them destination Paris for the 70y D-day commemoration on Friday.

As per http://poland.usembassy.gov/schedule.html he is still in Warsaw during the afternoon, but will have diner in Brussels.
So either a very late diner, but my guess is he will arrive aprox. between 16.00 and 19.00 in Brussel.
Ps he will bring the VC25A 29000 and the C32A 90003, well those landed in WAW today...
