Sepahan Airlines An140 crash Iran 10-08-2014

48 persons, several children, dead during start from Iran Mehrabad. No type of aircraft mentioned. Source IRNA and AP.

It seems to be an IrAn-140 (source amongst others: www.nu.nl).

According Expressen it is a Iran-141. Built by efforts of Iran and Ukraine. It crashed in a residental area.

Comparing photos of the tail section it is & looks like an Sepahan Airlines machine, they had 4. The involvement of Taban Air might be cause of codeshare / flight operating on behalf of as Taban only flies MD-88's.
