The question is: is any internetsite or email-adress to making contact for visit it. Is anyone know about the times when museum is open?

Hoi Su-22,
This is not an museum as such, unlike what is written in many places, but a private collection only. I visited here a few years ago on the off chance, and just rang the doorbell. We were lucky the owner was at home and was willing to show us his collection. It is mostly radio equipment, including some large vehicles, but obviously also a few aircraft.
