Defense minister of Malaysia Hishammuddin Hussein will visit Amsterdam to discuss the investigations on MH17. This will be the last stop on a four day visit which starts at September 8 in Kiev. At September 10 he will visit Moscow.
He likley will use regular scheduled flights. I guess so as the minister sent out a Tweet saying: On transit in Paris.

, really ... an A319/BBJ for just 1 person (who ain't the president?). IF he travels by own means an TUDM Falcon 900 or Global Express would sound more likely, so far I'll keep it on the regular MH B777 flight.
