Is this green ring from a Boeing 777 or missle

Is this green ring from a Boeing 777 or missle

This green ring was photographed at the MHq7 crash site. I was wondering if this is a part of the Boeing 777 or something else.
The part was found near the two wings. The part next to it is a rod to attach toilets to the fuselage of the aircraft.
I guess the ring has a diameter of about 40 cm.
