Ben & all,
I would say MM55053/0.
At Fairford I had to scratch my eyes two times before being convinced it ended at 53!
Cheers,
Jan.

@ Vico & all
Al Fursan MB339 436 should be c/n 6835
Mind you, this has to be confirmed!
It is a little outdated but this is a good document;

Indeed the difference between 3 and 5 are tricky
One week earlier at Payerne:
MM55053 code 0
MM55055 code 11

What about number 6 (FTENE)?
All checked on photo when departing 11-09: FTERQ/0 is E169, FTENE/6 is E73, FUHRT/- is E152

Interesting to see the picture of the E169 ! It was indeed F-TERQ, but between 2000 and 2003.
From 2008 till now the F-TERQ is E95

Overflew the base at 8,000ft 15 minutes ago... are you sure she was shooting approaches before that?

08-12-2014:
C-17A 'RCH 641' is currently entering a holding pattern at FL200 over the Netherlands (Eindhoven area), its destination is KB. Good luck! It should be 02-1111 according to its mode-S squawk.
