Swedish sigint disturbed by Su-27

Swedish sigint plane disturbed by close flying Su-27 from Chkalovsk, Kaliningrad. The Su-27 fly 10 m from the Swedish plane and showed the bottom with several missiles. Not usual flying, ordered by higher Russian commanders. The Swedish plane flew in the middle of Baltic in international space. It continued after the Russian behaviour.

USAF RC-135 has to overfly Sweden after locked by Russian SAM missiles. Some talking of a aggresive Russian fighter behavour like the one the 16 July against the Swedish sigint plane.

Two Tu-22 exercised deep in the Baltic with 2 Su-27 escorts. They flew from St Petersburg and down the Baltic to the southern part and back. They flew only in international space.

Fighters followed from Sweden with 3 JAS 39 Gripen and F-16 from Denmark and Portugal as F-18 from Finland.

The planes identity is bort 24 red based at Kaliningrad Chkalovsk.
Serial ?.

Serial of 10 red is RF-33740. Means a naval air unit?

24 red serial 30715 Su-27P 689 IAP delivered 15 Feb 1990 arrived at unit 20 May 2005 275 ARZ passed overhaul 29 Dec 2012-20 April 2010, part of 7052 AvB (Chkalov) spotted last Aug 2012

The plane flew around 10 m from the sigint plane.
There is personnel from FRA in the Swedish sigint plane. The plane belongs to the Royal Swedish Air Force who also participate with flight crew. The sigint crew is from FRA.

Formed during the second world war. Sweden breaked soon the G-schrieber (Arne Beurling) and red the information through the German tele cables. Through the Operation Stella Polaris get Finnish personnel, equipment and knowledge after the world war.

Today have FRA have around 700 personnel and a cooperation with consultants. FRA build own systems and equipment, and has good connextions with several organisations in other contries.

The Su-27 24 red is RF-93379 now MA Naval Forces. The Base Chkalovsk have change the designation from VVS to MA (earlier VMF).
