And not visible on sbs, but confirmed with eyeball was Russian AF An-30, 99% sure RA30078. landed 1611lt on rwy 14R.

GAF690 (BD700) 14+03 is inbound (13:30LT) Cologne for landing.

one of the special USAF C-32B in Cologne, Mode-S says 99-6143, FR24 says 00-9001 (both c/n 25494) but not yet confirmed by eyeball

Are you sure? because on fightercontrol UK forum they reported this aircraft overhead the UK this morning inbound the USA.....

100% sure it was on Koln. It took off at Stuttgart and stayed around FL200ish and arrived at Koln around 9:00h. It departed again at around 11AM and departed through Belgian airspace towards the UK.
The same procedure was used when it overflew the Netherlands last week and landed at Koln for a short stop after which it departed for a short flight to Stuttgart.
