yes, it was standing side by side with the other Belgian machine in the flight test hangar and it looked that it was nearing completion!

Was the c/n of Iraqi Army EC-135 D-HECY actually read off? Or confirmed in another way? Or only assumed?

D-HECY was actually read off earlier this year when it was in primer, so 1090 should be correct.
