RETRO55-59 were reported to be Oman F-16's on delivery on the 30th

Thanks. (I had only heard "56", which as I now know was the lead.) This makes sense as the deliveries to Egypt and Iraq would appear to be suspended for the moment. However, I recall reading that the Oman batch of 12 was to be delivered by December 2016, so apparently they are well ahead of schedule (the first four having been delivered in July), probably due to the suspension of the others.
