Malmö Aviation in Spring 2015 is adding Umeå – Amsterdam service, from 05APR15 to 14MAY15. The airline will operate this route twice a week during this 6-week period.

Adria Airways (JP, Ljubljana) is to establish a regional base in the Polish city of Lodz early next year. Operations from Lodz to MUC and AMS are to be provided by a leased CRJ-700. CEO Mark Anžur told EX-YU Aviation News that his airline will double frequencies on its existing Lodz - Munich route, while introducing a daily service from Lodz to Amsterdam.

According to a Chinese webiste, this XIAMEN Airlines announcement at a Ladies European Golf Tour programme, indicates that Xiamen will launch XMN-AMS in 2015. It may be that KLM drops the route in favour of codesharing on the B788s of Xiamen.

Mijn Chinees is helaas niet meer wat het geweest is...

Is dit niet gewoon hetzelfde als wat Icelandair al doet? Je vliegt tenslotte eerst naar Reykjavik en stapt daar over op de vlucht richting de VS.

Ja, Icelandair doet dit ook al; echter is het wel nieuw dat WOW Air nu het hele jaar door gaat vliegen tussen AMS en KEF.
Daarnaast zijn ook de transatlantische vluchten in combinatie met vluchten vanuit AMS nieuw voor WOW Air.

Daarnaast zijn ook de transatlantische vluchten in combinatie met vluchten vanuit AMS nieuw voor WOW Air.

Met een 757 of een A320 de oceaan over dus, en bij beide airlines bijbetalen voor catering aan boord. Nu heeft Icelandair wel Business Class, maar ben benieuwd naar de overige verschillen.

Delta has closed reservations for its AMS-BOM route for S15. The last flight is on 27 March 2015.

As yet no announcement as to who will replace DL on the AMS-BOM route. It is a possibility that KLM will take over.
