Indian and Chinese airlift to the Maldives

Any spotters on holiday in the Maldives may strike it lucky this week as after a fire halts the supply of fresh water, the Indian AF airlifted bottled water in at least 5 IL-76/C-17A flights.

At least 2 IL-76 are involved, one being 21045. A second hex code has been detected, but the serial for this is so far unknown.
