REQ: Bell 206 N40147

Goodday all,

Noticed this Bell 206(?) of the local police at LAX flying around on multiple occasions. Seems to read N40147, but cannot find any info on that registration in combination with a helicopter. Can anyone provide a serial for this one?

Should read N4014Z, owner California Highway Patrol, Serial 52058 (source http://www.faa.gov)
