The text states that flights operated by K2 'on-behalf' of LOT are unaffected.

The routes Gdansk-AMS and KRK-AMS are operated by K2 at their own risk and NOT on behalf of LOT. LOT did not even codeshare on these flights.
Airlineroute reports the K2 routes that are cancelled.
Check the reservation systems, flights are no longer available.
