I think the VFA-86 Hornets at Nellis are VFA-192?

Also, MH-60S -41 and -43 are coded WC from HSC-23.

Those Hornets look like they are of VFA-192 indeed (new modex) with the CAG bird reported being 165782 instead. 165861 should be NE-302, NE-306 should be 165784.
